1. 21 Days Return & Warranty Policy (Homihex Exclusive)
Homihex is proud to be the first in Pakistan to offer a 21-Day Return Policy.
Hum samajhte hain ke kabhi kabhi electronic items ya products mein issue baad mein ata hai.

How it works: Agar aapne product order kiya aur wo shuru mein theek tha lekin 18 se 20 din baad kaam karna band kar de, toh aap humein foran inform karein.

Verification Process: Kyunki ye period lamba hai, hamari team aapse call par contact karegi aur kuch sawalaat (inquiry) karegi. Ye inquiry is liye zaroori hai taake hum confirm kar sakein ke ye manufacturing fault hai aur koi misuse ya fraud nahi hai.

Result: Agar inquiry mein confirm ho gaya ke galti product ki hai, toh hum aapka return accept kar lenge. Humara farz hai ke hum genuine customers ko support karein aur fraud se bachein.
2. Damaged or Defective Item (Initial 6 Days)
Agar parcel receive hotay waqt item damaged hai, toota hua hai, ya kaam nahi kar raha:

Aapko humein parcel milnay ke 6 Days ke andar andar inform karna hoga.

Is time period (first 6-7 days) mein koi lambi inquiry nahi ki jayegi.

Hum aapka item wapis mangwa kar check karengay aur aapko nayi product (replacement) bhej denge without any hassle.
3. Exchange Policy (Change of Mind / Customer Mistake)
Agar aap se order karte waqt galti ho gayi hai, ya aapko koi aur cheez leni thi:

Time Limit: Aapko 48 Hours (2 din) ke andar humein inform karna hoga.

Shipping Charges: Kyunki ye galti aapki taraf se hai, is liye return shipping ke charges customer ko pay karne honge.

Process: Aapko parcel khud TCS Office ja kar hamare diye gaye address per dispatch karna hoga. Dispatch karne ke baad slip ki photo humein WhatsApp par bhejin.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Ye sabse zaroori point hai. Jab bhi aap parcel receive karein, usay open karte waqt Video zaroor banayen.

Agar aapke paas unboxing video nahi hogi, toh Return ya Exchange claim accept nahi kiya jayega.

Ye video (proof) hoti hai ke item humari taraf se hi damage aya hai ya missing hai.
